-Paypal is our preffered method of payment, but UK residents can alternatively send a cheque or postal order.

-All tailored hats are individually hand made from scratch, not adapted around a pre-made sinamay base, which makes everything a little bit special :)

-All tailored hats are lined in satin, with a removable comb. If you prefer to use grips to attach the hat, they can slide into the comb loops for a snug fit.

-Hats are sent in tissue paper and boxed, for a safe delivery. If your veiling should get mis-shapen en route, it can be gently steamed and remoulded to your liking.

-Bows are mounted on kirby grips unless otherwise specified, as they slide into the hair without messing up your 'do.
